I am the team leader for our k-2 team and am searching for ways to keep my team motivated while learning new ideas.

I had a falling out last week with them. to sum it up...no one brought any ideas to the table so i suggested a book study

They groaned at that idea..what are some of the things that your teams to do to encourage growth amongst your staff?
