Parts of La Union and Pangasinan are now flooded. Just got word from colleagues that their houses are now submerged in water.
small comfort is that a lot of the older houses are 2 storey
They opened Pantabangan Dam earlier. That coupled with rains compounded the floods.
that would affect NE and NV more, but yes

I'm not good with maps and I don't know those areas but it's a good idea. Still thinking of other ways we can help.
