We were brought up in a very respectful way. We should never question our parents, never answer back to them , and rebelling against what

they ask of you means na "may dunong ka" and you wouldn't want to have "dunong" in this case.

So with this "never question authority" starting at home, when you were just a kid, when you were in your formative years, it's not a

surprise that even when WE grow up, we DON'T not do what authority says. Of course there are people who break this mold, those who had the

chance to widen their horizons and work out on their selves. But really, who has the privilege to do this?

Do they think the working class have the time to "work on themselves"? Do they think the working class have the time

to read Vladimir Nabokov and Ayn Raynd and learn who the Nobel Prize winners are for this year? They're probably more worried about the food

they put on their tables, the bills they have to pay, the rent, their utang kay Aling Delia. Who gives a shit with what a "big" camera is

and a "small" camera is if it doesn't matter to them anyway?

He shouldn't expect people to know about EVERYTHING. Just because HE knows it doesn't mean everyone knows it.
