what happened?

She was being a bitch about blood work results. My results were sent from the main office to the downtown office where my chart is.

she refused to transfer me to downtown and she couldn't even tell me if they had my results. They are supposed to log everything they send

to the downtown office, but she didn't log what she sent the last two days. I've had issues with her not logging my results before.

Then she said that if there was anything in the results that the doctor should talk to me about, then they would have called before they

sent the results to the other office. Of course once I talked to the awesome nurse at the other office, she thought the dr had called me.

Grr.
