I think they do the Karma once every 24 hours. Makes sense I guess

Plurk seems to be pretty slow all round at the moment - no doubt the influx of Twitter users.

the friends/fan (lack of) updating was particularly confusing for me since I'd keep trying to add someone as a friend.
