he needed a roommate and he hates his current one for being a slob so he's been staying at my place for the past 4 mo.

he still pays rent at his place which i got upset about because i told him it was just a waste of money

so instead we both decided and calculated our pay and realized that we can get a place up to 1400 a mo. and still live comfortable
