Do you have a Google account? If so, when you click on the link the map should appear along with a link to Add it to your maps

Then you should be able to click the Edit button next to that map to modify it.

GingerTPLC: go to link and sing into Google account. Then select "Edit". Icon options will appear at the top of the map. Select the marker

I am sad that my small town can not be zoomed in on for better viewing.
