www.amazon.com/Easy-Way-... I smoked for over 20 years, two packs a day. I tried everything to quit, nothing worked so I gave up on it.

Then a friend told me how she quit, and it was some book. No patches, no withdrawal, EASY. I thought she was full of it but bought the book.

I started reading it with 0 intentions of stopping. Before I was even done I knew I'd be quitting tho, and what's more was OK with it.

The book stresses you keep smoking until you're finished with it. I seriously had to make myself smoke to the end. I quit 4 years ago now

I've never had a craving again. I also did not go through horrible withdrawals.

In that time a neighbor lady borrowed my book and has not smoked in over a year and so did someone at my husband's office.

I think it's criminal he's not talked about more in the states (he's from England) and we stress patches and meds instead.

You don't need any of that. Once upon a time I would have been the 1st to dispute that. If someone who wants to quit, get them this book.

And I apologize for talking so much. I feel passionately about this though.

Reminds me of someone I knew. Last time I visited at home, he had on an oxygen mask, which he took it off to light up a cigarette.
