it has feather, but the wings are short. It's the kind grey-brown bird you see everywhere....

I'm not sure if the parents were around and will come take care of it, so I didn't want to take it away...

but if not, cats and dogs may find it....

That's what I thought. I heard some other birds around, and possibly it's brothers and sisters were around too. I put it on the tree...

but after we walked around the community and came back to the tree, the bird is on the ground again...

it gets hurt? should take home and help a little i think...

!! another bad news: my sis's bird got a HOLE on its neck and what it eats falling out from the hole. YAK!

yes. but sooner or later it will die of hunger. and the microsurgery is terribly expensive

can you put a surgical tape around it's neck?

Need to watch the bird closely though, if it gets the tape off, replace one right away.

doctor said if we choose the tape solution, have to put a 喇叭罩 on the bird. u know that? usually used on dog.
