Tin Hill. Ordered bouillabaise (one-dimensional) + fish n chips (oily twice-fried chips, small, tasteless fish), classy sticky date pudding.

$78. Not worth it for mains. Owner is the dessert/pastry chef. I have a pic of fish n chips. I'll post it here but not sure of upload.

oh, Tin Hill, right, been meaning to go there but now feel like giving it a miss after your review. My boss went there and said it was ok.

sticky date pudding was ok. quite classy. i guess owner is better than her chef employee or he has no pride.

I've heard good things about the sticky date pudding, and may check it out just for that, especially since my woman like that dish.
