I felt the same way when I watched Big Brother for a whole season once. I felt dirty… and not in the good way.

what amazes me about tila tequila is that her fame started with a simple myspace page. unbelievable - in the most annoying way.

bb & shot of love are both IQ-lowering type shows. not to say we can't indulge in them. but they're more like guilty pleasures!

The thing that grates on my nerves about them is that none of them are brilliant by any means, or based on a talent of any kind…

but the formula they follow of only giving bits & pieces of information every episode are set up to be addictive… not necessarily any good.

steelie: i agree. sort of like the whole twilight series. so bad but addictive.

I have to steer clear of those shows because I get sucked in then get reeeally ticked at myself for tuning in week to week.
