I sometimes wonder about that, too. One would think if one truly slept, one would awaken rested.
I know that not feeling rested can be the result of nocturnal breathing issues, short REM cycles, or a few other physical causes. Knowing,
though, in this case, *isn't* half the battle. It's usually just the beginning of a long and arduous journey. That's what it's been so far.
