Too bad about Santa's Village although it's so disgusting to think we used to go there and lick the giant ice pole! I grew up in Elgin.

Worse . . .I let my kids lick the ice pole.

I don't know about the ice pole , but I sure miss the water park. And now I hear it might be the end of Kiddieland too.
