yeah i was interviewed by 12 people one time, with one person on the phone as well calling in.

worst interview experience was at a girls' college. 4 interviews with a room full of people. met with the dean and the heads of 3 dept.

it was an all-day interview. Went in at 8am, left at 3pm. was interviewing w/the dean while I ate lunch!

they described themselves as a "flat organization," so I had to meet everyone before being hired. I didn't get the job.
