well, I do get some exercise when I come into the office, I have like this pedal thing that I bought from Wal-greens
I pedal it like a stationary bike, it helps exercise my legs
I play 'bumper cars' with my body when I go from room to room
I need to exercise my legs,arms & brain, which is why I play a lot of mostly word-type games
the speed games I really suck at bcuz I am very slow
