I know the feeling. But usually it's a matter of failing to see and appreciate the difference we DO make. You do make a difference.

Why can't you make a difference where you are? I'm sure there are places you can help

Do you have animal shelters near you? Where homeless pets go? Or perhaps someplace that helps children?
