it has more to do with: 1) friends -- who accepts your invitations, etc.

2) Updating your status

3) Responding -- how much you converse with fellow plurkers.

4) Updating your profile

5) How much others reply to your plurk

Don't obsess too much, I think it basically means the more involved you are, the higher the karma
