googled it, there's was the first site to come up. Ha! Well, good enuf!
Very important in relation to why I share this is
this, the UCC-1 Financing Statement. You want both.
SO you can properly tell the US Treasury that you are NOT your birth certificate, but you do own it, not them.
I still don't understand fully what filling in this financing statement form will do for you.
Your body belongs to the gov't by assumption - you must override the assumption by fact. Filing these docs establishes the fact. It needs to
be done properly, but it is not difficult.
First you need the certified copy of your BC so you can "Accept it for Value", declare ownership of it, and file a lien against the trust.
and the lien against the trust is ??? what the gov't owes you? or something like that?
the trust ends up being your "social security number". that's the trust's account number - the name of the trust is on your SS card -
it looks like your name, but it is in ALL CAPS. that is NOT _you_ the man/woman
right now, the government is using that account to borrow the money it borrows.
b/c the value of your life, as represented by your birth certificate is essentially UNLIMITED.
so if I claim that ownership, what does that give me, in real terms?
Access to essentially unlimited "money." As well as immunity from any "statutes" (what most think of as The Law") that you choose.
You are free - with all privileges and responsibilities.
I know we have talked about this before - still trying to grasp the concept..
No, you've already grasped the "concept." You are having difficulty seeing the "reality."
But, it's their "reality." Still, it's their reality. They fooled you with their "concepts."
By "they" I mean those who enforce maritime/admiralty law, also known as contract law. It is the law most people confuse with "reality" even
though they (you) don't understand the contracts. The contracts-in-fact, not to be confused with the assumptions that most people make.
But in contract law, assumptions are binding unless displaced by facts.
You've got to say "Don't assume that is me! I will show you the fact."
But in "The Court" you have to word it the right way, heh heh. It's actually simpler than this! But one must understand the rules-and that
it is "they" who are bound by them.
The reality - yes, I guess that is the challenge for me..
