誰?

昨天the Age的頭版，列出一些在Toorak的空屋，有的已經空了十幾年了

你從theage.com.au可能還看得到

人家大概買在那當作資本的吧，反正toorak那邊的房子不太可能會降，住在那邊又容易被綁起來 XD

今年Toorak應該掉了不少，中低價的房子還在漲，但高價的掉了大約10%

感覺上有人在炒房子.....有錢人真的是太閒

在Toorak的房子，這十幾年的漲幅，可能比我們一輩子的薪水還多了

我還是安分守己好了...本來想回澳洲不過最近覺得澳洲真的太貴...生活下來很難存錢，又不想回去了

你在台灣會亂買，還是回來好了

最近比較沒啥東西可以買了我看.....頂多就買買衣服褲子而已。搬家以後要低調一點努力存錢了 唉

回來比較省，你不用付房租，又沒什麼東西好買，錢就省下來了

台灣花費幾乎只有在澳洲的一半...

薪水也少很多啊

跟我在澳洲的薪水比起來還多一點...澳洲等我存到有閒錢到的時候再去待好了

too late, as flash is way too strong. such as os x to windows

most people has no problem with a mac without a monitor

yes, but it'd be alright if i don't do critical graphics or programming...mostlikely i'll not need any new computers after mini tho
