Really? Off to check out CNN
there another beauty queen pageant that is in her future?
there's much speculation as to why she's resigning... but no definitive reasons were given
EPPSS... "Sarah Palin resigns to make a serious attempt for the White House in the 2012 election, according to a rep. source close to Palin"
smabla: let's hope that's just speculation ... well, maybe it's a good thing -- Obama would be a shoe-in!
serious attempt? like learning about oh, i don't know, foreign relations? economics? healthcare?
she needs to go back to elementary school first ... just sayin'
well.... she can see Russia from her porch you know...
I would challenge each of you to put yourselves and your families through what she and her family through and see how it comes out for you!
I'm not saying that what she's been through has been easy, but it's my opinion that she brought most of it on herself ...
... by being uninformed on world affairs and continually throwing her family in front of the news ...
... she's not qualified to be governor, no less president
i do not feel sorry for Sarah Palin as a political entity, which is how i judge her. however, as a political entity, she failed. she was
Obviously someone somewhere thinks she is.
ill prepared for the vice presidency on so many levels, all of them political, none of them personal. she didn't know anything about
foreign relations, education, healthcare, just to name a few. all she proved was that she could recite the party line. that's fine, but
educate she needs to educate herself and form her own opinions.
the whole VP run was a mess, she was picked too early, and other than mccain, no one else in her own party thought she was qualified
what gets me is that women are constantly saying to judge them on their qualifications, so i do. why do i need to take it easier on her
than i would on another political figure (i.e. SC's govenor, who's a letch apparently)? can't have it both ways
That is fine as long what you say is based on fact and not the biased news media's opinion.
every media outlet is biased. it's best to read several different sources to get a better understanding of the whole situation
all one needs to do is listen to any of her speeches or interviews and it's clear that she's uninformed on world and national affairs
thank you outoftheblue. my point exactly.
I respect your right to voice your opinion, as I hope you respect my right to disagree.
I certainly respect your right to disagree -- it's not personal
I know.
Of course, Creative! it's totally great that we can debate on a friendly level!
let me tell you, christmas @ my sister's house last year was a nightmare. not enough wine.
creative - i appreciate that you can debate nicely. my family however turns very ugly and very nasty. thanks!
