So this customer service guy decided to cite contractual provisions to me.
Then said, "out of goodwill we reimburse you".
I was having none of that. I told them "your reimbursement accepted but you are wrong in your interpretation of the contract"
Then spent 5 minutes telling them why.
Still waiting for a response.
