I'd say wait a couple of days to see if it's a glitch that will right itself overnight. Usually banking changes happen at midnight.

did you send her a revised invoice? if you did that, she could have paid that way. then gone back to her etsy and paid again

if a revised invoice is sent, you have to manually check off the "payment received" button
