umm... how do you refer to another user?

iterative design? simple! You create something, people play with it, break it, make snarky comments, you fix it, ad infinitum

use the @ and their name

or you can go to their name...an arrow box will appear and there is a reply to option!

They "reply to" is an option and it will insert their name for you

Which is helpful for linking because some people like cantemusdomino have handles that don't match their Plurk name
