Problem is, I work in Brentwood and live in Pegram. (28 mi commute.) I live farthest. My bosses live <5 miles from work.

So I don't think I'll be doing the 4-day week anytime soon.

why they wouldn't see the obvious? I live in Murf and work in Franklin - 35 mi commute 1 way, boss is in Spring Hill, but still sees value
