Hm, well... when people are talking about video games, they're likely to just mention the name of the game they're playing.

On the other hand, with people who knit, phrases like "I'm knitting a..." or "I was knitting, and..." are likely to come up fairly often.

So, even if it were equal, I'd expect the word "knitting" to come up more than the phrase "video games".

Heh. The way I found out about Plurk was through a knitting community. Seems to be like Twitter for Knitters. XD

Yeah, a few things are different (karma, timeline, comments), but they're still awfully similar (down to the exact length limit).

On Twitter, the length limit is justified (since messages there can be sent to you as cellphone text messages), but here... not as much.
