hmm....it has just been newly installed on my brand new laptop......

I have crashes but I assumed it was my video card. What does yours do?

it freezes for a couple of seconds and then i get a little box apologizing for the crash and saying they'll feedback etc., BS if you ask me!

OK. Maybe mine is the video card after all. I get all kinds of lines all over the screen.

mine just stops connecting and hangs. no apologies. nothing. totally rude

and if I close the browser and try to reopen, it says there is already a session open and I cant open another!

oh yes that happens too and I hv to shut down and restart...

exactly! I have to do that too! it's totally annoying!
